Data collected
This site is static and has no contact form. We only collect the data you send us yourself when you get in touch by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone: your name, your contact details and the information you share about your project. In addition, our host processes technical data (such as your IP address) that any website needs in order to run and stay secure.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out any resulting work (legal basis: your request and, where an order follows, performance of the contract — Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We also process technical data to keep the site secure and to measure visitor numbers in aggregate, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Recipients
We do not sell your data and do not share it for commercial purposes. It is accessible to us and to the service providers we need to operate: our hosting partner Cloudflare (which delivers the site and measures visitor numbers) and our e-mail provider. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that message passes through WhatsApp (Meta), under its own privacy policy.
Retention period
We keep your contact and quote data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting work, and thereafter for as long as the law requires (for administration and accounting, generally seven years in Belgium). After that we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to processing. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You exercise these rights by e-mailing us at info@fineconstructor.be; we reply within the legal period of one month.
Complaints
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
